Job Description:The People Business Partner plays a critical role in developing and executing talent management programs and processes that are designed to attract, retain, and develop top talent at Tarro. These initiatives focus on enhancing the employee experience and driving business success.
The talent management programs and processes include Performance Management, including performance calibration, Talent Review/Succession Planning, Promotions, Compensation Planning, as well as supporting the development and growth of our People Managers. As a coach and partner with front line managers, you will contribute to shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:You will work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
You will resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances in a fair and timely manner.
You will provide expert HR policy guidance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will analyze trends and metrics with the People department to inform data-driven decisions.
You will support and execute HR initiatives to drive business success.
You will identify training needs for teams and individuals, recommending targeted solutions to bridge skill gaps.
You will develop and implement initiatives that integrate business strategy with people management practices, driving efficiency and standardization.
You will collaborate with other HR functions and business leaders to select and retain top talent based on relevant competencies outlined in the Tarro Job Architecture.
Collaborate with the Global Talent Management Director to harmonize performance management processes across the organization.
Provide insights and recommendations to ensure the Kuala Lumpur office and local compliance align with the global talent management framework, taking into account local culture and nomenclature.
Build strong relationships with frontline managers and leaders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in employee relations, retention, and talent planning.
