About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our Human Resources team at Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver HR solutions to attract and retain talent, enabling our teams to thrive as they help patients live healthier and more productive lives.

  2. Provide HR-related information to employees and people leaders, responding to complex service demands and issues, and identifying solutions.

  3. Delegation and escalation of inquiries as appropriate, remaining responsible for the HR case through completion by tracking progress, and providing continuous feedback to requestors on status of their inquiries.

  4. Administer HR tasks and activities for assigned functions.

  5. Leverage E2E process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries quickly and execute day-to-day operational activities and tasks.

  6. Recognize and communicate emerging issues/trends in interactions and provide insight that supports continuous improvements and improves the customer experience.

  7. Engage in improving HR Knowledge Base and Case Management content for assigned functions based on user experience.
