About the Role

The Talent Attraction Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth objectives by attracting and engaging top talent for the organization.

This role involves building a strong employer brand, leveraging various recruitment channels, and creating compelling candidate experiences to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Responsibilities
  • Perform and oversee the full-cycle recruitment, manage all stages of the recruitment process from job posting to extending job offers.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment practices.
  • Foster a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
