Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at Tech Harvest Capital, you will be responsible for:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the management team, including preparation of materials for presentations, reports, and other tasks as needed.
  2. Document Management: Handle all documentation, including preparing, organizing, and maintaining physical and digital records, reports, and correspondence.
  3. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts, responding to emails and liaising with clients and suppliers.
  4. Data Management: Perform data entry tasks, update records, and generate reports as required by management.
  5. Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
  6. Customer Service: Attend to visitors and respond to queries from customers or visitors.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Office Administration / Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
