We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at The Prestige Hotel Penang In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of front office functions, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
  • Manage office administration tasks, such as staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Provide personalized support to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues to facilitate collaboration and teamwork
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
