Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Georgetown. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient administration and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing front desk staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. The role requires a professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
  2. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  3. Excellent Communication skills
  4. Experience in hospitality management is a plus
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  7. Previous experience in a supervisory role is beneficial
