Job Description

The role of an Assistant Front Office Manager at The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is to oversee daily front office operations. Key responsibilities include managing front desk staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
  2. Ensure efficient administration of hotel operations
  3. Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations
  4. Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
  2. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  3. Excellent Communication skills
  4. Experience in hospitality management is a plus
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  7. Previous experience in a supervisory role is beneficial
