About the RoleThis position requires you to help clients enhance their workforce's capabilities and drive organisational growth through skill development and transformation initiatives. By identifying skill gaps, designing effective learning programs, and implementing strategies to upskill or reskill their workforce, you'll enable Enterprises to stay competitive in an ever-evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in refining and executing our Go-To-Market approach, developing solutions to market-specific problems, and promoting thought leadership
- Adapt and articulate our value proposition to ensure it resonates effectively with clients and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to build, develop, and grow trust-based relationships with senior executives by understanding their needs and determining how we can best partner with them
- Consult with clients to understand their corporate strategic digital priorities and translate these into digital workforce and talent needs that Excelerate can support, leveraging our solutions
- Closely collaborate with our Enterprises leaders, and a talented team of client engagement managers, curriculum designers, and external subject matter experts from leading companies
- Design and deliver bespoke programs that meet clients' digital talent needs
- Maintain a pipeline according to targets, providing clear and accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities
The ideal candidate
- Brings 3+ years of experience consulting on engagements/projects with large companies and/or driving enterprise sales and growth, working directly with VP, SVP, and C-level clients at large companies
- Is highly organised and capable of managing a robust pipeline of business development, sales, and partnership opportunities
- Is intellectually-curious and enthusiastic about working on complex problems and collaborating with clients to find solutions
- Is hardworking and self-driven
- Has a passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, the digital and technology landscape, particularly regarding digital talent and skills such as software engineering, digital marketing, and data science
- Is entrepreneurial and eager to play a key role in a new organisation with a startup-like culture
- Is an effective and compelling communicator in person and through various mediums, e.g., email and PowerPoint
- Previous management consulting experience, especially in digital, strategy, and/or HR topics, is preferred
