About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at TIME's Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, account management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain existing accounts, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets, manage and track margins, and ensure compliance with stakeholders' requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor responses, and new business opportunities.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our products internationally, including price catalogues, trade shows, and other promotional materials.
  • Product Development: Create new product ranges and packaging for export markets, and oversee projects from development through to manufacturing.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects, including planning, communication, and technical knowledge.
  • Department Liaison: Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Production, Process, Purchasing, and HQ on Marketing and Design to meet internal requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Adopt a Kaizen approach for product range improvement and implement and maintain 5S principles in the workplace.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Marketing field or similar.
  • Experience: Experienced in overseas market exposure and online distribution business, automotive OEM knowledge a plus.
  • Skills: Good computer skills, including Ms Office (Excel, Words, PPT etc.) and database knowledge, and good command of English.
