The successful candidate will have a proven track record in launching and scaling financial products or platforms, with a deep understanding of the Malaysian financial regulatory landscape.

This includes strong leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Leadership:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy for the P2P lending platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Team Management:
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to support business operations, including underwriting, customer service, marketing, and compliance functions.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure full compliance with the Securities Commission Malaysia's guidelines and other relevant regulations governing P2P lending activities.
Partnership Development:
