  5. Monitor service delivery and adhere to service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Good understanding of P2P process, especially within APAC, US, and EU.
  • Experience working in global shared services center, specifically within P2P operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems, with KOFAX as an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving.
