The Post-Sales Customer Service Representative role involves handling all incoming inquiries on Microsoft's products, technologies, programs, policies, and services. This includes responding to customer emails, providing professional service assistance, and representing Microsoft to all customer segments.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries via email.
  • Represent Microsoft to customer segments.
  • Route customer requirements to the correct sales or technical specialist.
  • Create and document interactions in Microsoft-supplied tools.
  • Validate and register customer profiles in the system.
  • Translate escalated incidents as needed.
  • Register, handle, and escalate customer complaints.
  • Provide general information on Microsoft products and services.
  • Maintain a strong customer service focus and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolutions.
  • Verify Product ID (PID) validity for support eligibility.
  • Adhere to Microsoft-documented processes and requirements.
  • Evaluate and address customer concerns outside of service boundaries.
  • Engage with customers through proactive outreach efforts.
