As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality at Hartalega Holdings Berhad. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage final inspection activities, incoming packaging, and containers, as well as calibration activities to guarantee that procedures and work instructions are implemented accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify deviations from procedure and report any discrepancies.
  • Review quality system procedures and ensure they are up-to-date and implemented successfully throughout the work area.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct pre-shipment inspections according to specified work procedures.
  • Analyze pre-shipment failures, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Submit accurate and timely final inspection reports to relevant parties.
  • Implement Incoming Packaging Materials inspection according to work procedure and collaborate with suppliers on packaging-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain a CAPA system for shipments and packaging materials failure.
  • Schedule and supervise pre-shipment staff to ensure compliance with established practices and company standards.
  • Participate in conducting internal quality audits and provide training to subordinates on daily activities and identified training needs.
  • Maintain safety standards, monitor performance, attendance, and discipline of personnel under your supervision.
