Job Description
As an Academic Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective clients understand the value of our educational offerings. You will guide them through the enrollment process, providing a consultative approach to match their needs with our tutoring services. Your experience in B2C sales, particularly within the EdTech industry, will be key in achieving enrollment targets and driving the company's growth.

  • Engage with prospective clients (students and parents) through consultative B2C sales, understanding their educational needs and offering tailored tutoring solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (25% of fully productive agents' target in the first month, 50-75% in the second month).
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads through CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and support outbound efforts.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls to close deals.
  • Stay updated with Tutopiya's offerings and market trends to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Report sales metrics, feedback, and improvement areas to the management team.
