Leadership Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Growth Leader to join our leadership team and drive growth and expansion of our Employee Benefits Scheme through the broking channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing business strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and tracking key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our Employee Benefits Scheme via the broking channel.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve their personal sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
  3. Track and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize results.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and growth of business.
  5. Assist in organizing events and marketing initiatives to promote our products and services to corporate clients.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Business Growth Leader who can lead our team to success. You should have a proven track record of driving business growth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies & Marketing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
