Regional Expansion Strategist

As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Region to strategize, plan, develop, and execute business and commercial plans for fibre and mobile expansion. Your goal will be to drive regional business growth and ensure maximum return on investment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Driving demand planning assessment and preparing a business case to justify investment required and seeking management approval with proposed recommendations.
- Working closely with Enterprise Head of Region and Segment Sales on their strategy and commercial justification, and tracking return on investment for approved business cases.
- Closing collaboration with Network on solution proposals for the best optimized network design and costing to ensure viable business cases and track deployment progress as per timeline committed and budget approved.
- Strategizing commercial management and partnership with Property Developers, which covers developing business models, commercial proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Establishing clear frameworks, standardized approaches, and simplifying processes to continuously improve demand planning and commercial management effectiveness.
- Working closely with the Data Analytics team on reporting and updates to management on fibre and mobile infra expansion performance.
- Setting up regular bi-weekly cadence with key stakeholders on progress tracking including monthly management review to highlight escalation and seek support.
