We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all products comply with Halal certification requirements and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • You will conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
  • You will monitor and uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the factory.
  • You will assist in Halal audits and liaise with certification bodies for compliance.
  • You will train and guide staff on Halal guidelines, food safety, and quality standards.

In addition, you will receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and finished products, ensure proper storage and inventory control, conduct regular stock checks and audits, and maintain accurate stock movement records.
