    • Prepare and present financial data to business and operation teams, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management and Cost Productivity
    • Oversee inventory management, including annual physical count and monthly cycle count.
    • Lead cost productivity projects, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing process improvements.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with corporate and region FP&A teams to ensure data transparency and accuracy.
  • Accounting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial close, including month/quarter/year end closing, costing, and reporting.
    • Comply with accounting standards, including IFRS 15 revenue recognition and warranty accounting.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead monthly site/customer level P&L reviews with business and operation teams.
    • Collaborate with business and operation teams to drive cost productivity improvement and profitable growth.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Five plus years of relevant experience in financial analysis and management.
    • Experience in manufacturing environment and multinational environment is required.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
