Client Growth Expert

In this Senior Account Partner role at NielsenIQ, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing insights to drive action, and developing measurable use cases using the "context, actions, outcome" framework.
You will also lead the co-creation of client roadmaps, oversee the accurate and timely documentation of client information and files in internal systems, and influence improvement opportunities for tools or processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex client portfolios and identify growth opportunities. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and data analysis tools is also required.
