About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To deliver exceptional customer service through prompt response to inquiries and efficient issue resolution.
  2. To develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
  3. To work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  4. To contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Skill Requirements:

  1. Degree in any discipline.
  2. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Native Persian.
  3. Proficient in MS Office.
  4. Customer service oriented with at least 1 year working experience in customer service.
  5. Display excellent communication, problem solving and people skills.
  6. Able to work independently as well as a team player.
  7. Willing to work shifts.
The Compensation Package

Aqi Intl offers a competitive compensation package including a salary of RM3,500, 14 days Medical Leave, and medical and hospitalization insurance coverage.
