Service Desk Professional

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver exceptional customer service through prompt response to inquiries and efficient issue resolution.
- To develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.
- To work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Skill Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Native Persian.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Customer service oriented with at least 1 year working experience in customer service.
- Display excellent communication, problem solving and people skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Willing to work shifts.
