We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Logicalis Group (DE). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce instances, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and configure Salesforce instances, including user and license management, system configuration, change control, and enhancements.
  • Ensure security and compliance by managing user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, field-level security, content folder rights, groups, and list view rights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local Salesforce users and regional Salesforce administrators, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage service requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality support to diverse user groups and their business leads through our ticket system.
  • Present changes, system enhancements, integration opportunities, and training to diverse audiences, ensuring effective communication and adoption.
  • Assist in conducting training for business owners on new features and support the roll-out process.
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Undertake additional projects as directed by management, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce product knowledge and administration, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security concepts, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Ability to perform Salesforce configuration changes, including workflow, process builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude towards platform enhancements and best practice solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results.
