The Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers. Their primary objective is to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring that customers have a positive experience, committing to meet or exceed customer expectations.
We focus on increasing customer interactions and strengthening relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through product presentations and training programs.
The ideal candidate will actively develop new account relationships within the Zone/Area to enhance customer penetration.
In addition, they will proactively identify opportunities/new sales leads, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and monitor closely to win deals.
Effective communication and timely support are essential in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
