About the Role

This role involves strategising and creating multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts.

  • Identify and develop effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters, and designers.
  • Forecast budget, cost per lead, and timelines for campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in user acquisition marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in people management.
  • Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus.
