Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily customer interactions, including quote requests, sample arrangements, and order processing.
  • Track project progress, collect and analyze data, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee contract management, compliance, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor production, shipping, and quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies, Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, with proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
Remuneration
