Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for supporting the procurement function by updating pricing, resolving invoice discrepancies, and analyzing data related to procurement policies and processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with plants and suppliers to resolve payment issues, assist with request for quotes, bid analysis, and volume tracking for rebates and contracts. Additionally, they will prepare metrics and analysis for the sourcing function dashboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional: Update pricing, resolve invoice discrepancies, and perform data gathering and analysis.
- Sourcing Support: Assist with request for quotes, bid analysis, and volume tracking.
- Comply with sourcing's best practices, policies, and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay languages.
- Familiarity with SAP and e-procurement tools is an advantage.
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
