About the Role

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support our business objectives. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners, you will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform data-driven recommendations on targeting talent and optimizing recruitment operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our employer value proposition and its impact on candidate attraction and retention.
  • Design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role or with significant expertise in sourcing and employer branding.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies that drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its talent landscape.
