Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Send offer letters and handle new hire documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including handling medical certificates.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs, organize learning programs, and coordinate workshops.
  • Support workforce planning and collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.

Requirements
