Purpose of the Role
This role supports the Manager, Client Key Account Management in developing and maintaining strategic Key Account plans for each key client, driving win-win collaborations and engagements with key clients in the market.
Responsibilities
- Foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate, develop, and follow up on all clients and inventory-related matters.
- Review business plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability.
- Manage and take responsibility for monitoring and controlling stockholding and inventory transactions for all clients, including stock write-offs.
- Handle inventory issues internally and externally with clients in a service-oriented manner.
- Disseminate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Report departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments to the Manager, Client Key Account Management, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
- Attend, participate, and conduct meetings (internally and externally), including cross-functional meetings. Support and participate in cross-functional projects when assigned or appropriate.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and products.
- Understand the company's digital tools and support services, effectively utilizing our tools and apps to address clients' needs.

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum one year of working experience.
