Credit Services Administrative Manager

Gamuda Group is seeking an Administrative Manager - Credit Services to oversee the credit administration functions.

This role involves managing the operations of credit administration functions, including reviewing and analyzing documentation processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess a strong working knowledge of statutory acts related to property development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze documentation processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend enhancements to documentation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and efficient loan releases.
  • Prepare and review management reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.

Excellent communication and supervision skills.

Good working knowledge of statutory acts related to property development.

Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
