As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust processes to drive stability, quality, productivity, and yield to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and process flowcharts to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing defects and increasing productivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution and daily tasks.
  • Support the development of new technologies and ensure smooth transition into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.
  • Lead and participate in yield and quality improvement activities, driving cost reduction initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Qualify new materials, processes, and methods, generating and updating relevant documents, such as Process Specifications, Work Instructions, PFMEA, DFMEA, SPC, and DR.
  • Liaise with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines, and materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Wire Bond Process Engineering or Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing background.
  • Familiarity with Wire Bond Process Data Analysis (Statistical methods, data mining).
  • First-level reliability knowledge, including various failure modes, application requirements, and test standards.
  • Knowledge of Au and Cu WB in WB platforms such as ASM and SKW.
  • Statistical analysis software skills, including Minitab and SPC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in systematic problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D and Process Mapping.
