We are seeking an experienced Client Success Representative to join our 1Fit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Client Success Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our fitness partners. This includes building trust, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless communication. You will work closely with the business development team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth implementation process.

  • We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or sales, preferably in the fitness, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • A strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly is essential.
  • You should be able to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to add more value to our studios.
  • Assisting in negotiating pricing and classes listed in the schedule.
  • Partnering with marketing, product, and customer support teams to improve partner experience.

  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate thoughts.
  • Proficiency in modern software and technologies.
