Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to oversee operational quality assurance and customer experience initiatives across business units globally.

The ideal candidate will ensure that quality standards are consistently met and enhanced while driving continuous improvement processes aligned with our overall vision.

This role is responsible for implementing and executing quality assurance initiatives, developing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and analyzing guest feedback to drive improvements in guest service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement quality assurance initiatives to enhance customer experience and journey.
  • Support the development and monitoring of SLAs for new and existing lounges, hotels, and other services.
  • Analyze guest feedback and satisfaction surveys to drive improvements in guest service delivery.
