**Job Overview**
FairWork is seeking a skilled Senior Facilities Manager to lead our facilities department and ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, project management, and leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-term goals, managing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead the facilities department to ensure that all utilities equipment, building services & infrastructure, plant environmental, health & safety are properly managed, maintained, operated and are meeting all the applicable Codes, Laws, Rules, Guidelines, Standards, Regulations or Acts.
- Develop the short and long term measurable goals focusing on the reliability, efficiency, cost and safety to achieve zero interruption to production line.
- Ensure that environmental protection system are well maintained, properly operated and complying with the required Regulations.
- Oversee and upkeep the plant facilities infrastructure, building system and services, building maintenance and modifications, management control system, ground maintenance, operating policies and procedure.
- Plan, organize and implement the preventive, corrective, predictive, proactive maintenance program and energy saving program.
- Develop the operation and maintenance management strategy to ensure zero interruption of the facilities operation and maintain a world class building cleanliness.
- Develop the maintenance specification, O&M procedure and Work Instruction to enable a systematic maintenance program.
- Establish, strategize and drive the Facilities Team to meet the KPI and Target set.
- Plan, execute and oversee all plant upgrading or expansion project.
**Requirements:**
- Degree / Master in Electrical & Mechanical engineering.
- At least 10 years hands on experience in facilities operation, maintenance management and project management in electronic or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a Clean Room Class 100 or below environment.
- Able to develop and implement Clean Room best practices.
- Experience in Particle Control, ESD Control and Clean Room qualification requirements.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001, Total Productive Maintenance and problem solving tools.
- Liaise with government officials and authorities on statutory and legal matters.
