Job Overview
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, and with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign success.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that our brand persona shines across all ad campaign creatives.
  • e-commerce Platforms: Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • PASSION FOR GROWING MALAYSIAN-MADE E-COMMERCE BRANDS. We are passionate about supporting local businesses and believe that great things happen when the right people come together.
  • Strong Knowledge and Interest in Malaysian Consumer Behaviour. We understand that consumers have unique preferences and behaviors, and we need someone who can tap into these insights to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Execution Mindset: We need someone who is results-driven, proactive, and able to execute big plans.
  • A keen eye for detail: Our brand persona shines across all ad campaign creatives, and we need someone who can ensure that every detail is perfect.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms: We use Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, and we need someone who is familiar with their features and functionality.
  • Creative and Analytical Mindset: We need someone who can think creatively and analytically, and who can solve complex problems.
