About the Role

At Swift Software, we're seeking a Customer Service Professional to play a pivotal role in our onboarding process. As a Senior Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for handholding new customers through their journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Your primary objective will be to validate, input, and process joining requests accurately and timely using our appropriate processes and applications. You'll also ensure customer information is maintained up-to-date and resolve inquiries regarding request status in a professional and timely manner.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with internal and external customers, build relationships, and identify areas for process improvement. Your analytical skills, stress resistance, and ability to work independently will be essential in navigating high-volume, time-sensitive environments.

We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, and flexible individual who can offer proactive solutions, work collaboratively as part of a team, and share problems and knowledge.
