Job Requirements

To be considered for the Human Resources Director position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires liaising with other countries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations; experience in e-commerce or the beauty and personal care industry is an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with experience in managing end-to-end HR operations.
