Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via various communication channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing provided tools and resources to efficiently resolve customer concerns.
  • Adhering to established processes and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of services.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, as well as a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably, you should have at least one year of experience in a similar customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.

This position requires a flexible schedule, with rotational shifts of 24 hours, five days a week. Work location is KL Sentral, and total remuneration package up to MYR 10,000.
