  • Assist the team to deliver a winning product
  • Create user stories or requirement specifications based on the roadmap and prioritized features after detailed study
  • Lead discussions with external parties on 3rd party system interfacing
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Work closely with the development team, e.g., conduct Product Grooming and Planning to explain the requirements
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples (verification)
  • Ensure product quality meets acceptable levels for the healthcare market within the region
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as needed
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Experience with SQL and Jira
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and UX/UI principles
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
