Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical diagnostics, laboratory equipment, and infectious disease testing, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, distributor activities, and technical support metrics.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer needs and market requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of distributor activities, customer interactions, and technical support cases.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences, biochemistry, microbiology, medical technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical diagnostics, technical support, or business development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions to clients.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to support clients and business operations.
