Salary and Benefits

Job Requirements
  • Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, and applicants must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email functions.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Candidates must possess own transportation.
    • Proven leadership and management capabilities.
    • Strong passion for the retail and healthcare industries.
    • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
    • Applicants must be willing to travel to various outlets within the Klang Valley, as needed.
    • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity through effective management of staff, inventory, and space.
    • Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory procurement management.
    • Guarantee smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, overall customer experience, and patient care.
    • Resolve patient complaints professionally and diplomatically, providing excellent customer service when needed.
    • Support physicians, clinic assistants, and other department staff to ensure a collaborative and effective environment.
    • Handle responsibilities such as hiring, scheduling, overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, billing system, implementing policy updates, ordering stock and equipment.
    • Provide training for branch and assistant branch admin staff, along with clinical team members, to ensure systems are properly implemented.
    • Participate in interdepartmental meetings, such as management and branch meetings.
    • Coordinate closely with departments HOD to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
    • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the success of every branch.
