The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, account management, change management, or strategic Human Resources.
  • Strong professional conduct, excellent stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to utilise quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and drive key success metrics.
  • Proactive, fast learner, resourceful, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and manage the client lifecycle.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to deliver activation programs and engagement initiatives.
