Job Overview

Bioalpha International Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Acquisition Specialist to source and negotiate with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of procurement processes.

Responsibilities
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Identify and evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices.
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Familiarity with SQL inventory software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Good command of English and preferably conversational Mandarin.
