Job Overview:

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment, consumable products to government and private hospitals in the central region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and sell medical equipment, consumable Hemodialysis products to government and private sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to achieve sales targets.
  4. Provide professional and well-mannered service to customers.
  5. Attend conferences and events organized by the company.

Essential Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology/Science or relevant field with 1-3 years of experience related to medical sales.
  2. Experience working in an MNC setting is advantageous.
  3. Own transport required.
  4. Proven sales experience and achievements.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Good team player.
