Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Oversee the sales and performance of third-party delivery platforms (Food Panda, Grab Food & Shopee Food), including the brand website.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work closely with third-party platform teams to plan future marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Performance Optimization: Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently.
  • Industry Expertise: Passionate and should have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
  • Menu Management: Update and set up menus on all 3rd party delivery platforms and the brand website.
  • Store Onboarding: Manage the application process for new stores on 3rd party delivery platforms (Food Panda, Grab Food & Shopee Food).

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in consulting, e-commerce.
  • Skills: Strategic thinker who is self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all types of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Time Management: Possess good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize & deliver assigned tasks.
  • Independence: Able to work on multiple projects independently and proactively with minimum supervision.
  • Pressure Management: Able to handle multiple tasks, withstand pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in MS Excel & other Office products.
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Risk Management: Experience with risk audit, mitigation, and escalation with exposure in third-party delivery platform experience is a plus.
