Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our local business units and drive business development and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in trading or distribution within the agrochemicals/fertilizer industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. General Management: Provide overall general management of local business units, including business development and driving profitability to meet company goals and targets.
  2. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage teams across operations, administration, and sales & marketing.
  3. Market Oversight: Directly oversee the management and leadership teams in local markets.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure control and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Business Growth: Drive the company's expansion plans by maximizing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
