Sales and Administration Officer

Job Description:
- We are seeking a Sales and Administration Officer to join our team at GAMUDA LAND. This role will be responsible for the operations of the sales administration functions.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for instilling and implementing strategic plans for prompt billings and collections.
- They will also plan and implement effective administration systems and procedures, including retention policy.
- Maintaining company's interest and image ahead by providing excellence services to purchaser, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties is another key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the day-to-day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
- Identify and implement improvement to smoothen the operation procedures.
- Liaison with bankers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers' and company's information.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.
- Good communication and supervision skills.
- Good working knowledge of statutory act related to property development (eg. Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act, Strata Title Act etc), developer's computer system.
