Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Cum Admin to join our team. As a key member of our finance and administration team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
- Closely monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the HR department to manage attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll processes.
- Track HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress closely.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and administration team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage.
