Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales administration team at GAMUDA LAND.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations processes are in compliance with the latest internal controls, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
  • They will also identify and implement improvement to smoothen the operation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with bankers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the purchasers' and company's information.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.
  • Good communication and supervision skills.
  • Good working knowledge of statutory act related to property development (eg. Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act, Strata Title Act etc), developer's computer system.
