  • Overseeing the management of records and files for all customers, including updates in our developer's system.
  • Analyzing and reviewing management reports to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Servicing relationships with bankers, financial institutions, solicitors, and other relevant parties to facilitate proper documentation and loan releases.
  • Providing exceptional service to maintain a positive company image among purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive purchaser and company information.
Requirements

We seek candidates with:

  • A degree or diploma in Administration or Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong communication and supervision skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory acts, such as the Housing Developers (Control & Licensing) Act and Strata Title Act, as well as proficiency in our developer's computer system.
