Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Expert to join our team at BOA Group Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
  • Providing professional manner and following up with potential customers
  • Accurately logging client interactions and appointment details in the CRM system for follow-up
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in Chinese and English
  • Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using basic software tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
  • No experience welcome to apply
